Position Description
RIta's is currently looking to staff up for our March 1 seasonal opening!
Potential team members should be outgoing, hardworking and excel at customer service. Applicants should be motivated and responsible with strong multi-tasking skills, great communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Training will begin in February.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests
Provide a positive customer experience
Make all treats and ensure products meet our high-quality taste and consistency
Maintain store and equipment cleanliness
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accuracy
Adhere to food handling and safety regulations
Physically able to lift 40 lbs. or more throughout the day
You Must:
Be at least 14 years old
Be able to work at least one weekday evening (5-9:30) and weekends during the school year
Be available to work our full season from March through the end of October
Have flexible summer availability
