Title: Shift Leader
Location: Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 to $15.00 per HOUR

Position Description
Rita’s of Elizabethtown is hiring an outgoing and responsible Shift Leader to assist our Management team with daily operations and treat team supervision. This position is ideal for someone who considers themselves a ‘people person’ and a natural leader, is comfortable in fast-paced service environments, and enjoys frozen treats!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support daily operations for the store including:
o Customer service and treat production using Rita’s SUPER service o Ice production and quality maintenance
o Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation inside and outside the store o Maintaining proper front-of-house stock levels
o Opening and closing responsibilities
• Supervise treat team staff to ensure the team remains focused and on task.
• Have fun!
• Other duties as assigned

POSITION DETAILS
Status: Part Time - Seasonal
Compensation: $13-15 / hour
Hours: 25-30 hours / week
Shifts: Days, weekends, possibly some nights.

Limitations: Must be 18 or older. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time. Must have reliable transportation
