We are looking to hire Shift Managers at multiple locations who have the flexibility to work between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm February to October.

Pay range is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and availability. This position also receives tips which average $4-$8 per hour. No experience needed, and all training will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Flexibility to work 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, weekends included
• Ability to cover night shifts as needed
• Will open the store each day and make water ice for the day.
• The position requires constant standing, bending and some manual labor
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision. In addition to supervisory duties, you will also be required to act as a Treat Team Member as needed
• Oversee and hold accountable Treat Team Members & Team Leaders for brand standards and responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store
• Complete inventory of supplies on a weekly basis
• Process and put away deliveries of supplies several times per week
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment (batch and custard machines) weekly
• Promote a team atmosphere through incentives, team building activities and clear frequent communication

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high volume, clean and customer focused restaurant
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Strong time-management skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
