Position Description
Our Business is Treats. Our Mission is Happiness.
Rita's Italian Ice of Apple Valley is looking to hire several part time Treat Team Members to serve up HAPPINESS.
Requirements, duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Must be at least 15 years old, responsible, outgoing, energetic, team player, have a flexible schedule, and able to lift 30 pounds
- This is NOT a Summer only position. Must be available most of Summer including holidays, and at least 3x per week during the school year.
- Must be able to work at different venues; we do a lot of catering, fundraising, and mobile events especially during the summer
- No experience necessary; Paid training will be provided
- Serve all customers with a big smile and excellent service
- Prepare and serve all food items on the menu
- Accurate handling of money, coupons, and credit card receipts
- Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store according to the daily maintenance checklist
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment and be able to work some nights, weekends and holidays
- Must learn the standard policy of the company when it comes to food handling and preparation, and implement it at all times
- Must know how to use the mop and how to wash dishes
- Must know how to handle cash
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
Pay rate based on experience. Plus TIPS!!
FREE uniform shirts and cap will be provided.
FREE Treat after every shift.
