We are currently hiring for a manager and this role in pivotal in the function of the day to day operations. We operate with a General Manager/Owner, one manager, and a staff of 15-20. Your responsibilities will include training new staff members, managing the store and other employees while it is busier, creating and serving the product, and making sure the store is clean and stocked. We are located in Coligny Plaza on the south end of the island where it becomes very busy in the summer! You will be expected to provide the customer with a positive experience making them wanting to come back for more. As the Rita’s slogan says, we deal primarily with happiness! We serve a wide range of customers but mainly families on vacation and looking to beat the heat with something cold and delicious.
