Position Description
We are looking for someone who can be in charge and be a leader during your time here! You will be responsible for making sure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. While you are the one in charge, you will still be required to do hands on work making the products and running the register during shifts with less staff. You will be working both alongside the owner of the business and on your own. Your schedule needs to be flexible and your hours can vary depending on what you are looking for in terms of work load! Job Highlights
- Being able to oversee 2-5 employees during a shift

Your schedule needs to be flexible, but we are able to work with you to make something that is favorable for everyone. Slow shoulder seasons in the spring and fall, very busy in the summer and PTO in the winter when we close for the season.
