Position Description

We are looking to hire staff for our 2023 season. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided. We hire staff 14 years old or older. Our season runs from late February until October with April to June being our busiest.

We will begin accepting applications in January, hold interviews in January and begin training in February. Act now and be the first to be interviewed.

Pay: $8.50 - $13.50 per hour.

Specific job duties are as follows:

  • Window staff making and serving treats
  • Positive attitude who is friendly to customers
  • Can follow directions helping to maintain store cleanliness
  • Being Honest, trustworthy and dependable
  • 11th and 12th grade workers could have additional responsibilities as a Shift Manager

Job requirements:

  • Student in good standing in 8th to 12th grade
  • 14 years old or older
  • Flexibility to work at least 1 shift a week (Monday – Thursday) during the school year
  • The position requires constant standing, bending and some manual labor
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Organizational skills
  • Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
